TERMS AND CONDITIONS

HIRE

The standard hire period is per week. One whole week covers 7 days, Monday through to Sunday. The total number of weeks and hire fee is set out in the invoice as agreed from the start. This can be subject to change and any alterations should be agreed in writing

DELIVERY

The location delivery address is shown on the quote/delivery note/invoice, agreed between us

MATS

Interior mats should only be used indoors unless otherwise agreed upon and subject to additional costs. If the mats are not in use at any time and are stored outside on the trolley cage, a waterproof cover will be supplied for the trolley cage and therefore it is your responsibility to ensure that the mats are covered at all times in order to prevent damage

DAMAGES AND LOSSES

If any mats are damaged please immediately notify us in writing. Any mats returned heavily soiled, wet or damaged will incur additional fees.

COLLECTIONS

Please ensure all mats are rolled and placed back into the trolley cage provided ready for the agreed collection date

INVOICING AND PAYMENT

An invoice will be raised to the TV or Film Production company on the agreed delivery date to the location site. Payment is requested within 14 days. A second invoice will be sent on collection should there be any additional fees incurred
